The jig is a tool used as a guides (for cutting, drilling & grinding) & the fixture is a tool which holds the work piece. Both the jigs and the fixtures are used to reduce the nonproductive time of any mass production process. Mould base is a comprehensive name used for the parts for containing the cavity for plastic injection mould, and also has the role of directly installing the mould to the plastic injection moulding machine.
